DeRonica Horn, Founder of Lasting eMpressions, LLC, is a Houston native with a corporate finance background and over 18 years of experience in event management. A University of Houston alumna and Cornell Marketing graduate, she leads a full-service event production company handling everything from private social events to corporate and nonprofit functions.
Horn’s portfolio includes high-profile clients such as international celebrities, politicians, and Grammy-winning artists. She has partnered with the NFL and produced events for CBS during Houston’s Final Four. Her work has earned her congressional recognition, the SBA Business of the Year award, and the Houston Business Journal’s ‘Women Who Mean Business’ award. She is also an active member of WISE and serves on various local boards.
